Process Changes: 

 Facilities and Staff

  • City Hall has been temporarily closed to the public. Staff will continue to conduct business via phone, email and virtual meetings.

  • Building Dept staff are available by phone or email and plan reviews are ongoing.
  • City staff will continue to be accessible via phone (604-792-9311), email, and virtual meetings.

 Council Meetings and Public Hearings

  • The Regular Afternoon Meetings of Council will continue as scheduled, however the Public Hearings and Advisory Committee meetings have been postponed.

  • The Planning Department will continue to receive and process applications and are working on a revised procedure for Public Hearings / Public Information Meetings.

Building Permit Applications

Building Inspections

  • To schedule a Building Inspection, please call 604 793-2905. You will be asked to provide the street address, the permit/folder number, as well as the type of building inspection being requested.
