Beth Berry is currently Vice President Industrial Development with Beedie and oversees the sales and marketing of new developments as well as build-to-suit projects and strata in BC. This includes working with the team on due diligence for land and investment acquisitions across Canada.
Beth is a graduate of UBC’s Bachelor of Commerce program specializing in Real Estate and SFU's Executive MBA program. Beth is a Past President of NAIOP’s Vancouver chapter and currently a co-Chair of the Government Relations Committee, she is also Mentor with Beedie Luminaries, NAIOP and CREW.

Oxford Properties
Drew joined Oxford in 2014 and leads the leasing, property operations, and growth for Oxford's industrial platform in the Greater Vancouver Area. He is focused on lease negotiations for Oxford’s existing portfolio and future development pipeline which totals approximately 2 million square feet, including Canada’s first multi-storey logistics facility. In addition to this function, he is actively involved in uncovering, evaluating, and planning future acquisition and development opportunities. Prior to his role at Oxford, Drew spent time with Port of Vancouver in their land & real estate division and eight years in brokerage negotiating lease, land, and sales transactions.
