Mark Renzoni is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of CBRE in Canada and was responsible for the strategy and operational direction for all divisions, including Brokerage, Outsourcing, Appraisal, Property Management, Capital Markets, and Consulting. Under his leadership, the Canadian business grew to over $500 million per annum in revenue with 2,200 employees across 22 offices.
 
Having dedicated 30 years of his professional career to CBRE, Mark is now advising company boards such as Nicola Wealth Real Estate, British Pacific Properties and the KalTire Family with their national real estate holdings.

As Executive Managing Director, Managing Principal Toronto Central with Cushman & Wakefield, Allison’s role is to develop and drive an overall strategy of growth and identify areas of opportunities to help optimize results in the Greater Toronto Area. Allison is responsible for the development of growth initiatives as they relate to broker advancement, talent recruitment, bolstering sales support capabilities, and building strong client relationships.

With more than 19 years of brokerage and landlord experience, Allison has acquired extensive understanding of the commercial real estate landscape. In her previous role at Dream Office REIT where she was Director of Leasing, she oversaw 2.8 million square feet of office product in downtown Toronto and was responsible for key assets including Scotia Plaza (1.8 million square feet) and Adelaide Place (600,000 square feet).

Brian Rosen

Brian Rosen is the President and Chief Executive Officer in Canada at Colliers. He joined Colliers in April, 2019 and assumed the role of CEO on March 31, 2020. In his role as CEO, Brian is responsible for driving growth and establishing the strategic direction for Colliers’ Real Estate Services businesses in Canada. Before joining Colliers, Brian worked at Avon Products in New York and Iron Mountain in Toronto, Boston, and Houston with his last role there as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Canada. Born and raised in the great state of New Jersey, Brian is a dual US and Canadian citizen and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology from Princeton University.

Paul Morassutti

Paul Morassutti is Chairman of CBRE Limited and previously lead CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory team in Canada. Paul has a wide ranging background encompassing all facets of Institutional real estate and land development. He is also a member of CBRE’s Executive Management Committee and Canadian Executive Council.

Paul has authored numerous articles and has appeared in and on BNN, Bloomberg News, the CBC, The Globe & Mail, The Economist and the National Post among others. He is a frequent guest speaker at commercial real estate conferences and events and has developed and presented multi-day, in-house valuation training for groups such as Realpac, NAIOP, the Appraisal Institute of Canada and Brookfield Financial.

Avison Young

Mark is President of Avison Young Canada. He is a Founding Principal and has 30 years of history with the Company. A Principal since 1989, he became Chief Operating Officer, Canadian Operations in July 2015. Prior to being promoted to that position, he was Managing Director of the company’s Eastern Canada and Ontario operations following a 14-year tenure as Managing Director of Avison Young’s Ontario offices. Fieder joined Avison Young in 1989 upon receiving a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Urban Development from Western University in Ontario, in 1984. Mark serves on the Global Leadership Committee as well as the Executive Committee which together with the Board of Directors contributes to the strategic direction and growth at Avison Young’s Canadian and Global Platform.

As President, he is a strategic executive responsible for overseeing a comprehensive portfolio of global real estate services, focused primarily on the delivery of excellence that leads to growth of the organization. He contributes to the development of AY’s strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization.
